I often recommend using multiple templates to assemble a document. One question in that context is how to make hyperlinks from one template properly “connect” to bookmarks defined in a different one.
To achieve this you need to change two properties of the hyperlink:
- set “Internal” to true – this tells RPE to search for the bookmarks in the generated document
- set “Local” to false – this tells RPE to search for the matching bookmark beyond the end of the current template.
An example of using such a setup is available on the Unclassified & Cross Domain Templates RPE Wiki page . ( look for hyperlinks.zip in the page attachments)
